Easter

Easter is a day of new beginnings. It is a day where the word celebrates the resurrection of the Saviour – Jesus Christ. It’s a day of thanksgiving because we no longer have to pay the price, because Jesus has done so for us. HE has paid our way to redemption, because of him, we no longer have to shoulder that burden of sin on our shoulders. He done that when he carried that cross. He chose to die so that death would be beaten. He done that because he loved us that much, he was willing to give his life.

Easter is the epitome of the Good News. It is the turning point in history. It literally split time in two. Jesus changed everything. For the Romans, the Jews. Jesus still changes everything. His sacrifice changes the outlook to life, knowing that in Him we can find freedom.
