Maze Runner: Scorch Trials

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!! BEST FILM THIS YEAR!!!! (Well so far, let’s see how the last Hunger Games fairs)

Now, on Thursday 10th September, my best friend and I went to watch the second instalment of the Maze Runner trilogy in the cinema. Might I also add that this was the release day in the UK! 

So I go to watch it knowing how great the books are and how great the first film was and wanting to know how on earth they cold top it up and well guess what... they did. It was above and beyond my expectations and to be honest, I’m glad it was. It was exhilarating, a bit scary at times (as I’m not much of horror girl) but I wouldn’t change it for the world. It had you sitting on the edge of your seat. Jumping from your seat grabbing onto the person next to you, all of it. That’s how good it was. It didn’t stick to the story line of the book but that was kind of expected after watching the first film and many of the parts being cut out, but overall I would recommend EVERYONE to watch it. And to top it off the soundtrack was brilliant, and I’m absolutely in love with Hans Zimmer especially his works in Inception and The Amazing Spiderman and this film topped that.
